Casing Lags..

Hi,some people open the server and they start downloading there personal stuff such as Music - YouTube - Utorrent - Internet. I've tested this with a friend of mine, he's a pro programmer, he said lag , Net Work Trobule cased by players.
Anyway, I asked him to to discover that they're downloading stuff, he told me there ping is ganna be more than 400+. he said no matter how they are far from server the normal ping is suppose to be 350- . So what I am suggesting is to make max ping 400, if more, a bot is suppose to kick them.

What the hell are you on about? Pro programmer my ass, he doesn't know shit from what I see. Here is a good explanation from me:

The "Network Trouble" is caused by the following:

1. The bandwidth of the server you are connected to. If the amount of players connect,downloading resources exceeds this limited resource, the connection times out or becomes null-routed, hence the "network trouble"
        
   
2. Your ping is determined by the following:
   
   
   
   • When you connect to a server, your computer sends out a "ping" command along with packets to the specified server to identify destination IP etc. Ping,by definition, is the amount of time in milliseconds usually, that it takes packets to travel to and from an external IP and your computer. Higher time is high ping.
     
   • Distance from server also contributes to ping.More distance=equals more time the packets have to travel.
     
   • Therefore higher ping= lag because packets coming into the server are not synchronizing with other people, hence input lag, people "teleporting" etc
     
   • Ping is also affected by how you use your Internet. Obviously if you have programs open with active Internet connections it causes your ping(in MTA:SA) to be higher because your Internet connection is overburdened and thus cannot keep up with its available bandwidth. If so it then begins to prioritize connections.
     

There is no such thing as a "normal" ping.

1. This is exactly what I described. This shows you didn't even read my post. I guess that also mean you lack reading comprehension which is OK
   
2. Server response times depend on server hardware and server Internet bandwidth It is irrelevant in regards to client server network negotiations. This means that someone with high ping has no effect on server infrastructure.
   
3. Ping times depend entirely on the client's Internet connection and location in relation to the server.A closer location means less latency and thus a richer experience. So on that point we both agree on.
   
4. Don't take my post so seriously. If you do, I think it's time to take a break and examine your real life priorities.
