New addon resources

found many people asking for FLOODING resource...
as the name tells ..it brings flood in whole map and are triggered by server staff...i think it would be great addon ...and something new too

or we can change the script...as server gets floods a particular day in a week....for an hour or two ?
which triggers automatically or make it day wise....like everyday for 30 minutes server gets flooded at 6:00 PM IST ....or any time

other is Chaticon ....a player gets chat icon on his head when he types or chat ...
not big resource...just useful ...

AND WHILE ADDING THESE RESOURCES ^^ I SUGGEST TO REMOVE EAST ISLAND...WHICH GOT MOST NEGATIVE VOTES AND CONSIDERED USELESS MAP....just sayin .___.

Flood... hmmmm... how do you think bout LAVA flood? nice one??

LAVA FLOOD will obviously be scripted like ...
from lava people are catching fire or getting damage in health or in vehicle too...whateva

for protecting they will obviously go to mount chilliad..(because no other highest places in server map -.-)

AND IT WILL CREATE LAG WHEN OVER 50-60 PEOPLE SPAWN AND DO SHITS ...on one small place..and will crash server too ...

he will be editing those and debugging the scripts and then we'll see how much fun flood is
