[TUT]How to install Mods

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR LOW-END PC's

You will learn how to mod vehicle here..other like weapon modding etc. you can do yourself.

Basically u will need 2 software ..download from Link provided

1. Winrar (RECOMMENDED )
Download from here accordingly for 64bit and 32bit PC's >> CLICK ME TO DOWNLOAD WINRAR

2.  Spark IMG Editor or Spark 0.9.2018
Download from here >> CLICK ME TO DOWNLOAD SPARK


3. A Vehicle Mod
For first modding...we will Mod your Old Turismo into a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG 2010

completed downloads? follow steps now >>

BEFORE MODDING ANYTHING MAKE A BACKUP OF gta3.img...which u can find in
GTA san andreas\models\gta3.img
with backup i mean , just copy gta3.img to other Drive or some safer place so you can replace it again if MODs lags or crashes your game.


For extracting files >> Right click on .rar files click "Extract Here".
for beginning copy all Spark , mercedes mod on desktop..(u can delete later)

MODDING FROM HERE >>

1. Open up Spark.exe ..window will look like this >>

2. CLICK ON File >> Open >> Browse to GTA san andreas\models\gta3.img >> OPEN IT

3. After u see over 1000 .dff and .txd files . Click on View >> Arrange Icons by >> Name

4. In the searchbox of Spark ...Type " turismo " and hit enter

5.Switch to downloaded mod window ..Opened with Winrar ..luks like this >>

6. You will see 2 files turismo.dff and turismo.txd ..which is of same name as of your downloaded mercedes mod  

7.After u find matching names of your downloaded mod and in spark window..Just simple Drag both turismo.dff and turismo.txd from Winrar window to Spark window.

Names will turn black in spark window...which means they are installed..

8.Last Step >>> SAVE IT >>> TEST IT IN MTA    


Weapon modding is exactly same ...!!just download mods from gtainside.com and replace with original.
If any mod crashes or Lags your game or reduces FPS. BETTER REMOVE IT (replace with original)

I did, but when ever I install mods to my laptop, it get crashes, virus plus I have Ani-virus

I hope you don't start complaining about how your MTA:SA crashes. Everything you do has consequences, good and bad. A consequence of modding is crashing to desktop etc

I'm only warning you of the consequences of modding your game. Now if you feel like this affects you personally, I think it's time to take a break from MTA:SA and re-examine your real life priorities.
